Why Do you Have a Web Presence, Really? Is it to be found? Stay ahead of (or at least up with) competitors? Get your company brochure “out there”? These are all in line with simple conventional wisdom of having an online presence, but Web traffic, and getting found, and staying competitive, etc. etc. all mean little if your Website visitors don’t ultimately do what you really need them to do: buy your service, use your products – interact – in some way with your company.
